Which site took the longest to get tickets for? Any advice?

Anon Mar 15th, 2002 09:10 AM

Could you be a little more vague?

sonya Mar 15th, 2002 09:18 AM

What do you mean "site". Are you talking Website? Or some kind of "sight" like a national park? Or do you mean a play or attraction?<BR><BR>Give us something to go on here

annoyed Mar 15th, 2002 09:57 AM

Forget it. She's got another similar post higher up asking "which site is the best." Either she has no idea what she's talking about or she's just trolling around for fun.

Anon Mar 15th, 2002 11:15 AM

No, she thinks we should kow where she is going by esp or something. She got really ticked on the other post because she was asked to go into a little more detail. Hey, guess where I'm going! LOL<BR>I'm not going to tell you, but help me get ticket to it....<BR><BR>You can't use being new to to the board as an excuse either. It's common sense to say where you're going.

The Amazing Kreskin Mar 15th, 2002 11:23 AM

Caitlin,<BR>I have your answer and I'm going to think about it for the next ten minutes so you can receive it if you tune in. But ten minutes only, I have to concentrate on a few other telepathic messages to clueless people.

sonya Mar 15th, 2002 12:10 PM

You guys are just being plain mean. When you post here for the first time you are under the impression that the state or area that you click will somehow identify what area you are going to. Then, once somebody gives you a hard time about you figure it out.<BR><BR>Give her a break. Try to be helpful or don't respond.<BR><BR>And by the way, I don't think Caitlin got "really ticked" when asked to clarify, she apologized and provided the info we asked for.<BR><BR>The question for this thread actually is (I believe)...."what historic site, museum, attraction, etc in Washington DC took the longest to get tickets for? Any Advice?"<BR><BR>There now, try to answer that instead of being mean!

UriGeller Mar 15th, 2002 12:37 PM

And who mentioned Washington ?

Pam Mar 15th, 2002 12:45 PM

Funny how when you ask a specific question about somewhere other than a big city or tourist trap, you're lucky to get a reply. But somebody goofs and they get seven replies in a matter of hours!<BR><BR>Let's be nice, people!

Hugh Mar 15th, 2002 01:43 PM

This is exactly the type of post that made me famous by blasting. But, in an effort to demonstrate to everyone that I am human, and do have compassion, I will refrain from piling on here. Nope, you won't hear me tell Caitlin how she is a nit-wit, or needs institutionalization. Not this time.<BR><BR>Caitlin dear, come here...let Huge help you out.

rrr Mar 15th, 2002 03:37 PM

Most likely , Caitlin was trying to reply to another posting and clicked on "post a new message" by mistake. Simple goof - no big deal.

Anon Mar 15th, 2002 03:41 PM

Goof once, maybe, twice no way. There are 2 screwy posts, remember?<BR>Sonia must be Caitlin in disguise, how else would she know what the message was supposed to be. Oh...I forgot...esp...

Sonya Mar 15th, 2002 04:16 PM

No, I am certainly not Caitlin in disguise. I know what city she is talking about because she clarified it in her other posting....Guys, I believe it was just an error. Give it a rest already.

Anon Mar 17th, 2002 08:22 AM

Sure thing Caitlin...er Sonya.

Linda Mar 17th, 2002 10:18 AM

Hey Hugh- enjoyed the little spelling mistake of your name, LOL. You might get a lot of women writing to you over that!
