I need to correct a posting by Tony. The Swan Boats are in Boston Public Gardens, NOT BOSTON GARDENS!!!! <BR> <BR>This is an enormous pet peeve of mine (i know, I need anger management), but I want to make sure people enjoy my city when they come here and if you sloppily direct them to Boston Garden(s), they will ask for directions on the street or see it in their guidebooks and will end up near North Station. Boston Garden is where the Bruins and Celtics play, it is a sports arena (aka The Fleet Center). The Public Gardens is a beautiful park, at thecenter of which is the lagoon and swan boats.

EdC, you are right but also they are confused like the newcomers here, calling the Boston Common as the Boston Public Gardens

somehow, the second part of my posting got lostwas for Theresa. I want to suggest our zoo where we have a new butterfly exhibit and two adoable koalas on temporary loan. Also new, two gondolas from Venice for rides onthe Charles River.
