I used to go to Roy's in Hawaii Kai (Oahu) when he was relatively unknown, and the Roy's now in Orlando bears no resemblance to the menu we saw in Hawaii Kai but is still pretty decent.

I, for one, absolutely LOVE Outback Steakhouse. The ones here in Raleigh have the most delectable coconut shrimp that I've ever had ANYWHERE, and the filet mignons are incredible. Also love Carrabbas and Roy's, so somebody "up there" knows quality, IMHO. I'm NEVER a snob about food (I should be more often! :-d Wouldn't have to be on this bloomin' diet!)
