Other than the obvious Maroon Bells and Glenwood tourism:

Marble http://marbletourismassociation.org/

Redstone https://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-...Vacations.html

Independence Pass has many interesting stops and hikes.

Do you mean to eat in Snowmass itself? It doesn't consist of much but some condos/hotels, I presume you know that. You can just walk around and see all the restaurants there are in a few minutes.

In Aspen, I like Rustique Bistro for French bistro, that's my favorite restaurant there, and I like Jimmy's a lot, also, good steak and they pour a very generous glass of wine.

I assume you are going to the ski area Snowmass (part of the Aspen ski complex) and not the town of Snowmass. But both will be almost equally dead. Aspen will have the better variety of restaurants and shops. You could do a one day driving loop via Independence Pass to Leadville and back via Glenwood Springs. If narrow, twisting mountain roads bothers you, you should drive Independence pass from Leadville to Aspen. Do the loop starting with Glenwood Springs. Leadville is a great little, historic mountain town with a hidden gem of the Mineral belt loop trail - 12 miles paved and 10 miles relatively flat. And you can go via Tennessee Pass where the WWII 10th Mountaineers Division trained at Camp Hale.

Hanging lake is a great short hike in Glenwood Canyon - parking can be crowded sometimes. Glenwood Springs has a huge, outdoor public hot springs pool. And our wine country is about an hour west of Glenwood Springs.

Depending on your time the Aspen Music Festival may still be running. Lots to do but not much in Snowmass itself.
