the reviews in the hotel review section have been so bad???

I guess everyone has different opinions though.

I'd love to hear about a recent stay, as I plan to bid on the Renaissance on Priceline (as it's the only 4-star in DT Cleveland). Some have said the rooms are tiny, others have differed; some have said the service is lousy, others diasagreed.

I've stayed there on business. It's a fine big-city hotel. I had no complaints. The room I had was good-sized. The hotel restaurant was very good, and service was efficient and friendly. You can do FAR worse in Cleveland.

Thanks, rjw! Have you also stayed at the Hyatt at the Arcade, by any chance? That's our other contender...

I have not-- so I'm indirectly topping this to solicit ratings. Anyone stay at the Hyatt...?
