Theater In Boston

Wife and I are going to be a first-time tourists in Boston August 20-23. Going to attend Mama-Mia play but am unsure of proper attire for that weekend performance. Will have dinner prior and take a cab to theater. Please advise to what the locals usually where.

Unfortunately, anything goes. You will find we dress up on opening nights with the big stars. Casual pants, a short sleeve shirt is fine for you.

Absolutely, anything goes. Best bet is to dress for whatever you're doing before and after.

Thank's...BOSTIX should save us a ton of money.

If you haven't gotten tickets for Mama Mia..this is a hint...They are having problems selling tickets...and I think ifyou call Ticketron and say a magic word like "Island" or Tropical"...ther eis a $25.00 off discount on seats during the week, but then again you may get last minute seats at Bostix or as we did at the Box Office..9th row center for The Producers...House Seats..yipee
