The Venetian LV - Need 4 Rooms During Peak Time! HELP!!

I need to book four rooms for 5 to 7 days each during a big convention in early June. We ordinarily book well in advance, but there were some circumstances beyond my control this year. This is a work related event and my boss and owner of the company REALLY want to stay at the Venetian. I cannot find any availabilities through numerous websites and calling direct. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you ask for the particular room block for the convention? The Venetian would not have released the room block for a June convention until May.

Call and ask for Group Sales Reservations and beg and plead and see if they'll pull four rooms out of another block.

Tell them you're w/ the convention. While they might not give you the convention rate, they should have rooms at regular rate.

What dates do you need? I am a thrid party meeting planner. I can ask our other associates if they have any rooms left in a group block for the convention. Never hurts to try.

Still not having any luck with the Venetian. Turns out we can get rooms, but they are going for $449/nt and up, plus the 9% tax! YIKES!! Our dates are check-in (all 4 rooms) on June 2nd and check out two rooms on the 7th, one on the 4th and one on the 8th. Keep that advice coming! Thanks....Lenore

Sorry I cannot help at this time. It's too far out for group blocks to be released. Usually 30 days is the standard. Typically our clients ask us to help them fill a block by advertising the availability to our network of assoicates, who knows I'll keep my eyes open for any opportunities. Good luck, if they don't require a deposit I would book and then see what else becomes available.

Check out i4vegas.com. I entered the dates for the first week of June and the rate was $329.

Book something somewhere else, something you can cancel, or you're gonna get stuck with nothing that first weekend.
