The Thunder from Down Under

We're going to Vegas for a friend's bachelorette party next weekend and I saw there's a male stripper show called "Manpower - The Thunder from Down Under."

Has anyone seen the show? Would you recommend it?

Women should not go to strip shows because they can go to any cocktail lounge, and as long as they're not really disgusting, get a man to fool around with in five minutes. Going to a strip show and yelling like your hot and bothered when you really aren't makes you look ridiculous. Put up or shut up.

I must strenuously object to the victimization, objectification and dehumanization of men.

Anyone know where there are good female strippers?

Susie Q - Would I recommend it? Depends on what you want:

1) You looky but no touchy? Thunder is fine.

2) You lookin to score? Don't go to Thunder. Go to The Beach. You probalby already know about it, but if not, look into it. The guys may not take off their clothes at the bar, but they sure will later at the hotel.

Let me guess: You're either staying at: 1) Hard Rock 2) Mandalay or 3) NYNY, am I right or am I right?

Have fun, regardless.

Manpower is the equivalent of the Chippandales, they are very bronzed and muscular and funny.
I once went and had a great time, took my son's girlfriend and she had fun but my son wasn't impressed that I took her. It's a fun night out.

Thanks for the quick responses. We are not looking to "score" - we are just looking for something fun and goofy to do over the weekend. If anyone has any other good suggestions for a bachelorette party we'd love to hear them.

We saw The X-rated Hypnotist for my sister-in-law's bachelorette party in Vegas last year. It's an entertaining comedy show.

I just saw the show this past weekend for a friends bachelorette party and we had a blast. The show is very funny and entertaining. It's much less serious than Chippendales. I doubt you'd find the Chippendales guys in drag singing "I Will Survive" in a Priscilla Queen of the Desert tribute.

If you want to embarass the bride to be, reserve a VIP table (in the front) and make sure to tell the MC when he asks if anyone is celebrating any special events. They'll bring her on-stage for some funny skits.

Enjoy!
