The Mirage

How is the Mirage in the summer and is it filled with kids??? How are the rooms at the mirage. We may just go in Sept. when kids are back in school.

We stayed at the Mirage for several days last spring, because we got a super rate -- $75 with breakfast buffet included. The room was nothing short of spectacular and huge. We've stayed at most of the major hotels except Bellagio and the Venetian, and this was the nicest room we've ever had.

Patrick, <BR>I would be interest in getting a rate of $75 during the spring. What month was the rate good for and how can I request for that rate?

Linda, my husband and I stayed at the Mirage in April and loved it. We got a package deal through SW Airlines and could not have asked for a nicer room. I have never been to Vegas in the summer, but I have heard that it tends to be full of kids. Mind you, this is only second-hand information. But I think you will enjoy the Mirage. If it were me, I would wait until school starts up again.

That rate came from American Airlines on my monthly frequent flyer newsletter. It was a special "bed and breakfast rate" with a special code number at that time, and even offered something like 1000 bonus miles. We went this past March.
