I'd like to know what's the best time of the year ( weather , prices , people ) for visiting Disney World ??
J.Rodrigues - Brazil

Stay away from the crowded times: Christmas, New Years, Easter

January and February aren't too crowded but can be cold. September and October the weather is nice and it's relatively uncrowded. Probably the same can be said for May.
Do NOT go in mid-May. Weather is terribly hot then. Also thought it was crowded, but weather was the worst part.

We've been to Walt Disney World four times, twice during a week between Thanksgiving and Christmas. These weeks were the absolute best. The weather was fine, very small crowds, better prices. And the Christmas decorations and christmas music at the parks is wonderful. We have pictures of our family walking down streets with few other people. Short or non-existent lines.

However, I have heard that this November-December times are going to be crowded, just because the entire Millenium celebration is going on. I personally would try to wait until the fall of 2000.
fall
