Thanksgiving dinner in Vegas
Staying at the Bellagio with wife and two adult daughters. Can't seem to find online info on their restaurants other than the meager info on the Bellagio site. We re foodies, but have no need or interest in spending $500 for a meal. Thinking $300 and under for a nice Thanksgiving meal. Traditional is not necessary, though we aren't ruling it out...we'd be happy with good Italian, sushi, Thai, etc. We wouldn't be spending Thanksgiving in Las Vegas after all if we were looking for traditional!! First time for 3 of the party to Vegas and I haven't been there in a long time. Any ideas/ suggestions would be most welcome, thanks!

You may have to make a call to get the holiday prices. Many restaurants are open on Thanksgiving, but do a fixed menu, which may or may not work for you. Do you want to eat at the Bellagio specifically or would any restaurant at near casinos be okay as well?

OpenTable shows 73 restaurants with availability for 4 people at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving.

If you want to trek over to the Wynn and dine at the exquisite Alex restaurant..considered one of the best in the US and they have a killer wine list.
We try and go at least once a year but it will be pricey. Another thought is DB brasserie and they have a 4 course meal for around $40+ pp and this is simple good bistro food and quite good for the price..they have a great water show. Country Club is another favorite. www.wynnlasvegas.com |
We LOVE Vegas at thanksgiving and never have a problem getting fed... since that day is quieter and places must stay open, you can pick a place that you normally can't get any other day... shoot high...

Olives might be a good pick for you; it's in the Bellagio and has a nice view of the fountains. We also like Fleur de Lys.

The Grand Lux Cafe at the Venetian is great.

Thanks to all....Olives it is!

Have fun - if it's warm enough, the view from the patio is great!

Olives is a casual Todd English place with pizza, pasta and salads..are they having a Thanksgiving dinner?
DB Brasserie would be my choice or the Country Club at the Wynn..exquisite food and reasonable too. |
