Publix and Kroger for grocery store chains. The "best" IMO would be S&S Cafeteria.

We used to spend Thanksgiving vacationing in Florida. Still wanting to make a somewhat traditional Thanksgiving dinner without all of the work, I would pre-order a fully cooked turkey from Publix. All you do is just reheat it. At first, I was skeptical, but it was always delicious.
As the above post mentioned, Publix is big in Georgia as well.

Honeybaked Ham Company has turkeys as well, and some great sides.

One year we did an order meal from Publix, you can get the turkey and the trimmings, side dishes, deserts, everything. Publix brand food is very good.
