What type of document(s) did you provide to get the temporary drivers license? Does the license have your picture on it? How soon does it expire?
If you have a credit/debit card with the same name on it, you probably can.

Temp licenses do not have photos.

I suggest you read the official rules here: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-...identification

If you notice there is provision about flying without having an official ID document . . . I would get to the airport earlier than you normally would for the potential extra screening.

(do you have a passport by any chance? I assume not)

Definitely arrive early and take (ideally) your old expired license (or even a Costco card) ... just something that has your identity and a photo. That will generally do the trick. A passport or passport card always works for domestic travel as well.
