Ted Airlines

Hello, looking into some flights from ORD-LAS May 27-30. Ted is coming up but i have never even heard of this company before? Anybody ever flown them? Good? Bad?

It's part of United. I think I flew them once and lived to tell the tale.

It's part of United...I've flown them before. No complaints.

I had a United ticket but the plane had TED on it. I thought the UNI was painted on the other side or something. I guess I was just on TED and didn't know it.

Is this true? Someone told me that Ted Turner started a new airline and it was called Ted. Made sense to me, especially with his "Ted's Montana Grill's" springing up all over. No? You mean it is just a division of United?

LOL @Neo...

No, nothing to do with Ted Turner! If you look closely at the word United, you'll see the embedded "Ted." It's supposed to be United's answer to a low-cost carrier, but I haven't found their fares to be any different than the mothership's. Their flights show up in any search on united.com or any other flight website.

Same airline, same indifferent service.

Same airline...same impossible to please passengers, too.
