Taxis at Miami airport?
 

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to catch a cab at the Miami airport & price we should expect to pay to South Beach? We were supposed to fly in this morning, but our flight was delayed. Now we won't get in until tomorrow - and that threw a monkey wrench in picking up our rental car. Our hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle, so we need transportation from the airport until we can pick up the rental the following day. Thanks!

It will be easy to get one (assuming you're not arriving middle of the night).
The good news is there will be much less traffic on Sunday and therefore the price should be down, but I'm guessing about $35 or $45. Maybe someone else has a better idea of price.

Was there a few weeks ago, cabs are no problem. It's a flat fee of 32 bucks, so like 36 or 37 with tip.

Ah. That's news to me. I didn't know they'd started a flat fee program which is nice considering how much traffic you CAN get stuck in sometimes.
