Taxi or shuttle from airport to New Orleans French Quarter?
 

Arriving New Orleans airport (MSY) in mid afternoon on a weekday - what is the best way to get to our hotel in the French Quarter?

I see that the Super shuttle is $24 per person (two of us) - would a taxi be more efficient and around the same fare?

A taxi will be $33.00 for 2 people. It will definitely be quicker than the shuttle. Beware, they may not take credit cards even though it says they will.

If there's a dispatcher, tell the dispatcher you need a cab that will take cards if you're not going to pay cash.
