If you're arriving at rush hour, order a car service for a flat rate. dial7.com Otherwise, a taxi is fine, just make sure you stand in the official taxi line and don't accept rides from ANYONE who approaches you.

At rush hour a service is better - since you know your total in advance - fare quoted plus toll and tip. But do reserve in advance. The driver touting on the spot are illegal - and often changes rates once you arrive.
