Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow NY Visit
 

I have an afternoon appointment in Tarrytown next week and wonder if it would be worth it to do a quick overnight in the Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow area. I haven't visited before and wonder if they're quaint small towns to just wander about. Saw that there is a river walk. I'm also thinking that they may be especially nice this time of year before Halloween.

Thoughts? Suggestons? Places to eat?

The town holds haunted hayrides, Gothic mansions, blazing pumpkins, parades, and the Headless Horseman himself.
