Going in June will also give you the opportunity to resell your book, there is a big market. As for the flightseeing, usually Talkeetna Aero and Talkeetna Air Taxi has coupon offers. Do your homework and choose the best tour for your interests. There are several to choose from and big differences. My clear preference are the summit flights as opposed to summit "view" flights which is the one above. You can upgrade to it if you wish using the coupon, this takes you OVER McKinley and always a view. Sometimes the summit view flights, don't see the top, if a priority for you.
Talkeetna Air Taxi offers the glacier landing ski planes, another great option, but be aware this is mostly snow and little ice. If you want the ice experience, take a glacier helicopter landing. The above flighttours require different planes so you can not combine the two.
For clairfication Seward does not have "glacier" cruises. The glacier viewing on the boat tours out of Seward have only a small portion at glaciers, if you want a glacier cruise, go out of Whittier. Be aware of all coupon restrictions before you purchase. Contact Scott at www.toursaver.com for more information.
In my experience, I do not find the lodging to be the best deals, I have always been able to book more cheaply without the coupons and especially if you don't want 2 nights in the same area.
