Taking 16 yr old to Seaworld

My daughter and I are planning a trip to Seaworld for Christmas (after a 4 day cruise to Bahamas). Any suggestions for other sites to visit? Disneyworld seems too young for a teen who likes to do things other than sightsee. Thanks for any replies.

Islands of Adventure @ Universal if she likes roller coasters.

I believe you'll have a great time. Sea World has 2 very good rollecoasters and several other rides (not to mention all the animal shows, etc.)Enjoy!

I agree with the suggestion of Universal and Islands of Adventure. Seaworld has some good shows. I still love the Shamu show. Go to www.disboards.com and scroll down to the Universal discussion for some great information. They also have a discussion board for SeaWorld.

Ditto Universal. Also don't forget Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM. TYhere ae also some great water parks, not just the ones on Disney.
Duane

My whole family loves the water ride at Sea World (my kids are younger, though). Also, the Key West area of Sea World is terrific - you can feed dolphins and stingrays and they have lots of street musician type shows.
Universal Studios is fun at any age.

A few years ago we stayed in Orlando and got a multi-day combo pass for Universal, Seaworld and a water park in the area. Even if you go to more than 1 park in a day, you pay for parking only once. It was worthwhile and gave us flexibility. I can't remember what it's called but you should see if something like this still exists.

Just did a quick search for this multi-park, multi-day pass. It's called a Orlando Flex pass. For info see: http://www.universalstudios-orlandof...lextickets.htm
