Inn by the Lake is very nice. We stayed there three nights under the Entertainment Book rate. We had a very small room with a view of the parking lot, but it was fine.
There are complimentary bikes to ride, a nice breakfast in the am and a pool with a bi-level spa which is really nice. Loved the location, right across the street from the lake and right next door to a nice restaurant, The Dory's Oar. We had a nice fine dining dinner there and enjoyed fish and chips at the pub there a couple of times. Also, a very nice front desk staff. Our room also came with a ride on the Catamaran II, we loved the sunset cruise. Have fun in Lake Tahoe! ***kim***

We stayed at Lakeland Village several years ago with a large group. We had 4 or 5 lakefront condos. All of them were quite nice with fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, kitchens stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. If I remember correctly, there was a wide beach, a dock, and a swimming pool.

We ended up staying at the Inn-by-the-Lake.
The pool and location were great. The room was a little tired, but clean and very large.
The staff was nice & the coffee shop right next door was very convenient.
