Swimming with dolphins?

I would like some advice and recommendations about where to go swimming with dolphins. two of my teenage children (15 and 18 years) are very keen to do this - but I know it is quite expensive so want the best possible experience. Is it necessary to book as early as we can? We will be spending three nights at Ocean Pointe Suites in Tavernier,Key Largo in the middle of August at the end of our holiday in Florida before returning to the U.K. from Miami.so need to find somewhere easily accessible from there.

There's a place in Islamorada called Theater of the Sea, but the best place is further south...I think it's called the Dolphin Research Center. Try doing an internet search for it.
