How do you know if it is saved if it still exists. You can in no way determine the impact that people have had on saving some species. Like the California Condor for instance. Certain species of wolves, whales & turtles. The great apes, what would have happened had humans not intervened ? The list is endless. Please read my entire post...btw "...it is impossible to reason, with an unreasonable person." Just an FYI.

Well, to answer the original question; we did the Royal Dolphin Swim with Sea Life Park this past March. An incredible experience. We did not use ANY type sunscreen and got a little burned, but was well worth it. It was very well handled, with the saftey of the animals always first in mind.

I talked to someone with a company that does dolphin VIEWING tours. I asked if they do dolphin swims, and she said no...then explained that dolphins forage at night and sleep during the day. So now I understand why such dolphin swims are disruptive to them (other than the obvious). she added that there is legislation being introduced to ban swimming with dolphins in the wild.
