Super 8 Times Square

Just booked a room for 3 nights at $99 per with two queen beds. Hotel just reopened in March as Super 8 at 59 west 46th. Any reports on this place?

I've seen it mentioned. Try to do a text search for "Super 8 Times Square" and you might come up with the treads. Sorry I don't remember if the comments were positive or negative.

This was the Quality Hotel & Suites Midtown before it was taken over by Super 8. You might get some answers if you do a search or post under the old name.

rqf:

Is that the same as the former Hotel Wentworth?

Yes, I believe I read where it used to be Wentworth. Found mention of this on a travel website that said it had re-opened with renovations. But if it was really bad to begin with, then what shape is it in now? Also, is this a good location for kids?

If it is the former Wentworth, then it can't be all that bad with renovations. I stayed at Wentworth several times a few years ago and was happy with everything at that time.

Sorry t,

I didn't see your question about kids until after I posted. What age kids are you referring to? Also, if you are wondering about the cleanliness of the hotel for toddlers or very young children, then I can't comment since I haven't stayed there in a few years.

Hopefully someone else can help. Good luck.
