sunset views

I really love sunsets. Where is everyones favorite spot to view a sunset in California?

There is a monument (I think WWII) atop a high peak that you can drive to in LaJolla. It has amazing views.

WE stayed in San Francisco several years ago and were hanging out at the Marina Green. I remember being able to see the Bay and a little bit of the GG Bridge. It was very relaxing just watching all of the locals with their dogs as the sunset.
