sunset/dinner cruises?
Can anyone recommend a good sunset/dinner cruise for either Maui or Oahu?
How long are they usually? How much? what kind of food? is it worth it? Any help or reviews would be appreciated. Thanks! |
We did a nice little dinner cruise on the Princess of Maui (think that's the name). The price was right, service just fine, drinks flowed, food was nice--if that's something you want to do! Didn't take very long at all, and there was even post-sunset dancing inside. Just remember to bring your ID along--if you don't have it, they get snippy in Hawaii, even if you look 70!

BTW, we paid about $50 each--there are cocktail cruises for less, but we figured we might as well get a meal! I think it was 21/2 to 3 hours, and got to chose prime rib or chicken and I think some fish; there, all answers! Hubby chose that boat because it was the largest one and the most stable in case of choppy water. And, there are many last-minute brokers for a knock-down in price, if you don't mind an evening in Lahiana (who would mind?) if they sell out! (I won't go into the free ones for a time-share tour--those seem to be a waste of time, unless you have a very long vacation.)

Topping to topple those who would ruin this forum with childish protests. Ban them all!

Does anyone know what he's talking about??

As I stated on another thread, I believe he is making an effort to drown out the huge number of Free Patrick threads that popped up yesterday and this morning by topping other more legitimate posts...

Free Patrick? What did he do? I was in Zambia and missed the action I guess...
