Sunset cruise on Kauai - Holoholo ok?
Hi (me again)
I am considering doing a sunset cruise on Holoholo in Kauai. I want the afternoon one so I can get photos while the best amount of sunlight is shining on the Napali coast. It's not important but my other reason would be to possibly see whales (I'll be on this trip in March). Food is not important. And I'm not prone to seasickness (that I know of). Any thoughts on this cruise or other places as suggestions??

We took this cruise (late May) & loved it. Can't speak to the whales, but the sunlight on the cliffs were spectacular.
This is a barefoot cruise. When you walk down to the pier, you have to leave your shoes there before you board the cat. I recommend you get a nice pedicure prior to going.

We took the Holo Holo sunset cruise two years ago in March and saw whales, two species of dolphins, and lots of turtle. We didn't, however, see the Na Pali Coast because a storm made it impossible to go around that side of the island. They offered to reschedule anyone who didn't want to take the altered route that afternoon at no extra charge.
