Sunrise Bike Ride
 

Do you recommend doing a sunrise bike tour with a guided group or one that lets you go at your own pase? It seems the ones that let you go at your own pase begin at the entrance of the state park... Is one better than the other? Can you recommend a good company to use?

We took the Sunrise tour at the Grand Canyon last year and were very disappointed. Its fine at the top when the sun comes up, but when you get to the bottom it is still dark.<BR><BR>-enjoy

Several guidebooks have stated that it is very dangerous. The local papers list at least one very serious injury a week.
