<BR>Why don't you look into the Embassy Suites in Lake Buena Vista? Not sure if it is really top, top luxury, but certainly a decent property.

Try looking into Candlewood suites, Or Hawthorne suites,Days Inn suites or lodges,or Extended stayamerica...there are quite a few in the orlando ,sea world area...alot of them are from 69$ per nite too...

The Disney Grand Floridian and Hyatt Grand Cypress are your best options.

Ted, did you read the question? Nancy is not interested in WDW, so certainly don't stay inside WDW at the Grand Floridian. Why fight the entrance to WDW everytime you come and go which you have to do to reach all the places she is visiting. By the ay, Grand Floridian is my favorite hotel at WDW, but just not appropriate for this request. What about Summerfield Suites?

thanks for all the input...as of right now we have reservations (always subject to change) at Marriott's Grande Vista Vacation Club - 1 bedroom king bed villa, full kitchen, laundry, queen sofa bed in living room with balcony for 139/night. Looks like a winner. Would appreciate any first hand reports. Thanks!
