If you haven't tried the property management companies, you should work with them for the largest selection of condos. There are literally thousands of condos and most of them are available in the rental pool for ski rentals. Not too many vacation condo owners bother with handling rentals themselves.
You did mention that you wanted a luxury condo, so yes, prices will be high.
