Suggestions for next Christmas getaway

Last year we were fortunate enough to go to Italy (first time ever in Eurpoe)and all the tips I received from this forum (prior to travel)helped us to experience the best vacation ever! Now. . . We're thinking of let's say a 4 day getaway, over Christmas next year, in the States, warm to hot, a tad upscale, quite, no kids, older adults (we're 50). Suggestions?

Well usually South Fla has the warmest weather so look at The Keys, South Beach, Miami or Ft Lauderdale. I would go with the Keys, if you have never been.

San Antonio. The best Christmas destination in the south.

We just spent a terrific Christmas week at the Omni Tucson National Resort. We had a hacienda with full kitchen, living room (fireplace) separate king bedroom and giant dressing/bathroom. The resort was lovely, even though we are not golfers, we felt at home. Didn't see any small children. Enough to do all week in the Tucson area under sunny skies. Contact the hotel direct for best rates. We had a great deal.
