Suggestions for Maui (Kaanapali area) dining

Any do's or don'ts?..going for 8 nights in November, my restaurant picks thus far are, Hula Grill, Sansei, Pineapple Grill, Pacifico's or I'os, Plantation House, Dollies for pizza, and first night Tiki Terrace at our hotel, the KBH, we will be tired. Don't want to go to Mamma's, been there done that, and too far. Any other recommendations. Also breakfast at the Gazebo. Thanks for any help

CJ's Diner for breakfast, they also do box lunches for day trips etc.

Our "splurge" was Reilly's Steak House in Kahana Gateway (next to Roy's); worth every penny too.

Mala Tavern and Pacific'O were good for lunch as was Bubba Gumps (as usual). Ditto Sea House at Napili Kai.

Lahaina Fish Co made a great dinner following a sunset cocktail cruise on Pac Whale's catamaran.

If you'll be in a condo get fish from The Fish Market on Lower Honoapiilani Rd & cook it or grill it; we did that with some fresh "Ono" and it was delicious, they'll fix you up with marinades too as well as ceviche, lomi lomi salmon etc.

Have a great trip :)

Is Dollies still there?!? When my husband and I were still dating we had a Mexican pizza there.
Sounds like you've made good choices although I would try to squeeze in Roy's or sub for Plantation House.

Roy's Kahana Grill is exceptional, as is Sansei. Between Pacific-O and I'o, the former is more of a landlubber's place, I'o more seafood (same ownership). IMO I'o is one of the best restaurants we've ever been to, and very romantic, right on the beach with outdoor garden seating.

One you haven't mentioned which we enjoyed was Leilani's.

There is a great dining section in Maui Jon's site:
