Suggestions for Big Island 25th Anniversary Dinner?

Any suggestions for a restaurant to celebrate our 25th Anniversary would be greatly appreciated. We love seafood & steak. We would love to hear other experiences. Thanks for your help.

The restaurant at the Four Seasons is supposed to be very romantic and has delicious food.

Pahu i'a at the Four Seasons, Merriman's in Waimea, or Batik at the Mauna Kea. Batik is one of the very few formal restaurants on the island (dress code required).

We went to Brown's Beach House at the Fairmont Orchid for our 20th anniversary dinner in March and we loved it. I believe all seating is outside, it is right on the water and there was music and a hula dancer.

Merrimans. Mrs. MileKing considers it the best meal she has ever had and I would rank near the top of my best list.

The new Alan Wong's restaurant at the Four Seasons is fabulous. It is not on the beach like their other signature restaurant, but I think the food is much better. My husband and I had our 25th anniversary dinner there.

As a postscript to Alan Wongs, I forgot to mention to get the tasting menu. It costs more, but for a special dinner it is worth it, particularly if you are a "foodie" and enjoy wine pairing.
