A couple of thoughts:

that's a HUGE bet on the weather on/near Denali for ONE DAY there.

(it could help to have a back-up plan in case all you can see are fog, clouds, and/or rain)

Next, as Tok, AK doesn't offer too much to keep you around ("Fast Eddy's Restaurant" and that's about it)... get an early jump and MAKE SURE to get to Kluane Lake, Yukon in plenty of time for photography in bright daylight.

There won't be too many people on the Alaska Highway then, and you can make great time, but just be suuuuuuuuuure to give yourself a full array of photo opportunities at/near Kluane Lake.

Don't know at what point on the calendar the lake thaws, but it was all frozen through mid April when I went there. From the looks of online photos, I get the sense that it doesn't matter whether it is frozen or thawed, for great photo ops.
