Sugar Beach Resort/Condo-Maui OK?
 

I'm booking tomorrow & just want to make sure Sugar Beach is nice? Not looking for luxury, just clean w/a sandy beach in front of condo. Thanks

At times, there are problems with wind, smoke, dust and insects. The beach itself is long and pretty.

Where would you recommend for the same price range, $115/nt??

I was just talking to relatives who stayed there a few weeks ago in a condo. Their description was that it was an older property but had been kept up and was clean. They are discriminating people but like to save money. This fit their bill.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Surfside. It is near enough the 'main drag' in Kihei but almost in resort-y Wailea. THere is great snorkeling right outside the door and you only walk 20 yards (and don't cross any roads) to get to a wonderful beach.
