Stupid question...

What does "DH" mean? It must mean something about the husband I think...is there a website that shows universal internet abbreviations? :o)

easytraveler Mar 29th, 2006 06:27 PM

Depends on your mood:

"Dear hubby" "dear husband"

or

"***** (idiot)!"

For some it is a short form of DUUUUUUUUHHHHHH

In the case in Tennessee, with the wife killing her minister husband, one could say it also means "dead husband'.

Does easytraveler mean the indelicate Richard Cranium?

easytraveler Mar 30th, 2006 06:03 PM

No, easytraveler was not.

Easytraveler does not like this trend of politicizing everything.

There are things in life where politics have no place.

Easytraveler was just trying to explain an abbreviation. :)

ET (which could possibly mean easytreveler, then again, it might not...)

Or it could be Dull Husband, Ditzy Husband, Dumb Husband or Darling Husband, LOL. Mine can be all of the above, although usually not dull. ;-)

starrsville Mar 30th, 2006 06:29 PM

My favorite was UH - for Uninterested Husband.

Don't think we ever got a trip report on THAT trip! :-)

Suzie Mar 30th, 2006 07:34 PM

I'm sorry ET I totally do not understand your last post.
Since it's hard to read joking I can't understand the politicing thing. Geez, I'm wracking my brain on this one.
