Studio or suite in Chicago for 1 week rental.
 

Any suggestions for a studio in aparthotel or suite type room for a week in downtown Chicago will be appreciated. Planning to go 1st. week of december and on a $120/night budget. Don´t care for specials like pool, gym or restaurant in the premises, just a clean and quiet room. <BR>Thanks in advance for any responses!

We did Chicago at the end of April and noticed many suite hotels near the Le Meridien where we stayed. There was a chain hotel such as the Embassy Suites and a hotel near us called the Lenox. Dec. should be the cheaper season for Chicago gets very cold and prices drop. Check out the chains and try to locate near Michigan Ave. north of the river. Great location for walking, sightseeing, transportation, and restaurants.

Lenox Suites may fit the bill. Relatively inexpensive (by Chicago standards), well located (Rush & Ontario) and clean.
