Stuckey's Near Washington D.C?

I know this is corney, but does anyone know if there is a Stuckey's fairly cloese (hour drive..without tickets)to DC. Preferably the old redneck-style if they still exist. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I had no idea what a Stuckey's is, but a 2 second google search found their website, which has a "Find a Stuckey's" button.

Try that.

I can't help you with DC, but thanks for the memory of all those trips to grandma's house as a kid. :)

Wow, I haven't thought of Stuckey's in years.

It's not particularly close to DC but there is a Stuckey's on Virginia's Eastern Shore on Route 13 south of Chincoteague. There is also a Stuckey's near Roanoke Rapids, NC on Route 95 close by the NC-VA border. Like Howard Johnson's and Montgomery Ward, Stuckey's is a franchise that has seen its day. One day, Wallmart will have its comeuppence.

The closest would be in Toms Brook, VA on I-81. About an hour and a half from DC using I-66 west and I-81 south.

Wherever it is, please assure me that you will be leaving Stuckeys with a pecan log!

Is there any other reason to stop there?
