Sticker Shock from Dial 7 and Carmels for van service from Newark!

Based on suggestions here, I got quotes from Dial 7 and Carmels. There are other van/car services out there but I have read bad reviews here and on other websites. The quotes were higher than I thought so I thought I was get some opinions.
Dial 7 is $150 (includes toll) plus 20% tip for a total of $180 and Carmels is $177 plus tip. For round trip we are talking about $360, more than one nightsd hotel stay at the Dumont!
We are a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids/teens. We will have at least 3 suitcases and 5 carryons.
Questions:
Does this price seem normal?
Are there any coupon codes out there?
Any other transportation options that would not be too difficult with kids and luggage?
