Steakhouses in Vail
 

Can anyone suggest a good steakhouse in Vail? I am staying near vail village.

Russels is pretty good. It is in Vail Village next to the covered bridge. They had an early bird special when we were there. I can't remember how much it was because it been about 5 years since I was there. I do remember liking it though.

do not eat meat but hear good things about KB Ranch

Russells or the Ore House (next door to each other) on Bridge Street are both pretty good. Lancelot just below the Children's fountain on the creek is known for its prime rib. Saphire - a new restaurant near the Childrens fountain has a great steak, but its not a "steak house" per se - great fish as well. btw - KB Ranch has been closed for years!! A new restaurant Mezzaluna just opened there, but have yet to hear anything about it. b

Ore House and Lancelots are both very good and convienent to where you are staying.

minturn country club is a 15 min driveoutside of vail. it's a fun place where you cook your own steak.
