St. Petersburg
 

Hi
We will be in Florida 6/30-7/16 and would like to stay in St. Petersburg. Any recommendations? Are there places to rent for a 10 day to 2 week span? Kind of like a residence in??? Also looking for things to do there so would appreciate feedback. If anyone can recommend realtors in the area that would be great too. Thanks!

I think I would get a guidebook to help you with the things to do situtation. I have been to the Salvador Dali museum twice and really enjoyed it. The guided tour is very informative.

No there are no places to rent in St. Petersburg!


Sorry couldn't resist. Perhaps you could provide a little more information. Where do you want to be (beach, downtown, bay, etc.), what do you want to rent (house, hotel, condo, etc.) what do you like to do (beach, sports, museums, attractions, etc.) . Your questions are pretty vague

I would recommend St Pete Beach instead of St Petersburg, better view and nothing beats being ocean/beachfront....but then that's just me. I would recommend Tradewinds although I've never stayed there: http://www.tradewindsresort.com/ We have always stayed up the beach a bit in Treasure Island, Indian Rocks, Clearwater but exploring the whole area is easy. One place you will love is John's Pass, lots to see and do! http://www.johnspass.com/
