will be in st lucia late january. first time there and wanted to know what not to miss! also wanted some feedback on the coco palm hotel! where to eat and must do's.

I would post this on Carribean Board for better info. Also do a search on that board and type in coco palm hotel at the top of the page. And if you type in St. Lucia you should get lots of similar questions and answers.

friends of mine stayed at coco la palm for a couple days before their place at windjammer was ready. they liked it a lot. said you can walk to lots of shops and restaurants.
you will get better responces if you repost on the caribbean board.

Day trip to see the Pitons

Trip to downtown Castries - not a pretty city, but an excellent experience of a bustling Caribbean city

Shopping at Pointe Seraphine

Lunch at Anse Chastanet or Ladera
Dinner at Anse Chastanet or Ladera

Snorkeling at marine park in front of Anse Chastanet

would add to the above:
hike the rainforest, swim in the waterfalls there
visit the sulphur springs
I think it was on Friday nights, the street/dance/eat/music party in gros islet?? ask when you get there, but we had a cab thru hotel drop and pick us up -

lunch at top of pitons if you can to really enjoy view
