Spring break dates for 2003?

We're trying to plan a trip to St. Augustine or Amelia Island and do NOT want to run into the spring break crowds. Is mid-March safe?Any B&B reviews for either of these locations? Granted, most college kids don't do B&Bs, but we just don't want to run into crowds at restaurants, etc. Thanks for any suggestions!

Spring breaks happen from March through April.

University spring breaks vary with each individual institution - as Jocko stated above. Most public schools are out of session from April 18 - April 28.

Happy TRails,
Paul

I don't think that in St. Augustine and Amelia Island that you will have a problem with spring breakers, at least not the college kids. There may be families there, but not the traditional college crowd.
