Spring Break

Does any one know: When is Spring Break in the U.S., for 2003?

March and April through Easter.

Wouldn't it be nice if people took a "spring break" for a change and stayed in the north rather than herding up in the south?

<BR>Wouldn't it be nice if Adults got spring break and the kids had to stay at home!

Silly replies! But I'm not sure if there is one unified spring break week in the U.S. All I can tell you for sure is that the week of March 8 is spring break at the midwest university nearest us. I can also say that Spring Break is usually a week long and tends to include Easter in its duration. I'd love to know if there is just one SB week, and if so, who decides it...

There is no standard Spring break week in the U.S. Even neighboring school districts may have different weeks. It's not all bad, since it provides a longer window in which travel to popular destinations takes place.
