Spot Celebrities?
 

I will be visiting Hollywood/Beverly Hills from March 4-March 9, 2006. Although the Academy Awards will be March 5th, I am unable to get Red Carpet tickets. What are the best places to spot celebrities during this week? Also, where can I get discount tickets to Paramount Studios? Thanks for your help!

Chances are you'll see Ryan Philippe and/or Reese Witherspoon somewhere. They are out on the town with their kids.
Walk the whole or organic food stores and restaurants in West Hollywood.
Do lunch at the Ivy.
I would also suggest the high dollar hotels close to the Academy Award location.. the celebrities have to stay somewhere, right? And the airport, although no one wants to spend their vacation at the airport, maybe you'll see someone when you are there for your own flights...

On Rodeo Drive and Robertson Boulevard, you might see celebs out shopping for the big event. Specifically, on Rodeo, they'll be getting their gowns and jewels.
