Spas for couples in Washington state

Am looking for a perfect weekend retreat for the wife and I to celbrate our 30th in 2 months. Want a place where we can spend the whole weekend getting pampered, something we both deserve. Thank you to all who answer. I can also be emailed if that is so desired.

I just visited a new resort in Bellingham called Chrysallis that is very nice-romantic, nice suites with lovely view of the water etc. Of course Bellingham can be a bit slow-paced, but they have a nice restaurant and it would make a nice getaway.

The Salish Lodge is worth a look - in a couple of months the water going over Snoqualmie Falls (which the lodge overlooks) ought to be spectacular. http://www.salishlodge.com/

Also, check out the Willows Lodge, in Woodinville (http://www.willowslodge.com/) - a great place to be pampered.

Willows Lodge gets rave reviews. Additionally it is next door to the Herb Farm restaurant which is one of the country's best.

Here's another vote for the Salish Lodge! My husband and I both had incredible massages there--in fact, one was early in the morning in one of the couples' massage rooms, and it was so nice lying there and listening to the fireplace crackling away and warming the room. We had a wonderful dinner and lunch the following day in the "attic" dining room with a bird's eye view of the falls. It was one of the most "pampering" stays we'd ever had, and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Hey just thought of another one but to be honest I've not tried their spa services just lodging/dining and I know their "best" rooms are VERY romantic--Sun Mountain Lodge near Winthrop,WA

Not sure when the North Cascade Highway opens tho--fantastic drive that one, otherwise you'd have to take the LONG way which might not be worth it for just a weekend.
