Spa or spa retreat?
Looking for a spa / wellness retreat - somewhere to escape to, do some Yoga, eat health conscious food, sip relaxing tea and access spa services....not a day spa...any suggestions?

I recommend Tide's Inn. If you like the mountains I recommend Wintergreen. Enjoy your visit.
