Spa or spa retreat?

Looking for a spa / wellness retreat - somewhere to escape to, do some Yoga, eat health conscious food, sip relaxing tea and access spa services....not a day spa...any suggestions?

not sure if you are limited to the states you tagged, but the Lodge at Woodloch in Northeastern PA gets my strongest recommendation.

Caribheart,

I would highly suggest you check out Samahita Retreat in Thailand. They are a top notch yoga retreat that is built around health and wellness.

Check out their site: http://bit.ly/SamahitaRetreat
