Does the App make you stand in a long cattle-line, force you to endure chirpy flight attendants auditioning for American Idol or Leno, and then force you to drive to an airport 50 miles out of the way just to use it?

These WN bashings are getting old. You don't wait in a long line anymore, and unless you're in NYC going to Islip, there are no long drives. In fact, they have big operations at airports closer to downtown in certain cities - like Chicago, Dallas, Houston. Southwest is not Ryanair.
