Southern Utah With A Dog - Need Suggestions

Wife & I will leave Albuquerque on 9-30 for a 3+ week RV trip thru southern Utah. We would do all the National Parks but we travel with a 65lb lab/boxer who runs with us every morning. So, we are trying to determine the best strategy to make this work for all 3 of us. We hope to find areas close to the NPs that will allow us to both hike/run with our dog and do hikes within the parks while he is either in doggie daycare or in the RV. Here are our initial thoughts but they are not set in stone.

nights
3 Page (Antelope Canyon)
3 Grand Canyon staying @ Kaibab Campground
5 - Hurricane/Zion NP
4 - Bryce NP or Escalante
4 - Capital Reef NP staying in Torrey
4 - Moab (Canyonlands/Arches)

All suggestions/comments will be appreciated!

Check local laws. Leaving a dog alone in an RV for any amount of time might not be legal. Even if legal, some campgrounds don't allow it.

You should also check site regulations for all of the places you mention. Dogs are not allowed on many hiking trails, unpaved areas, shuttles, public buildings, etc.

As long as you stay outside of the parks, you will be in areas where you can run with your dog--e.g. like on an asphalt path or neighborhood streets. In some places, you can hike with him on trails that are on BLM land adjacent to the parks--especially around Moab. Grand Canyon has a kennel where you can leave your dog during the day. Check out the rules at GC to see if you could leave your dog in the RV. I assume that the RV would run the AC all day while you are gone? Otherwise, check the rules at the various campground you want to stay to see if they let you leave the dog all day or if they have recommendations for a day kennel.
